In today’s episode, my mom, Christine, and I continue discussing how we can minimize distractions in our lives, and we also share our progress on how we are doing on coping with, and minimizing, our own distractions.


Our challenge for you this week: Don’t be afraid to experiment! Recognize what things may be distracting you from not accomplishing your goals, possibly eliminate or minimize it, and you’ll see what happens over time!
