“Open the Eyes of My Heart” is the first song that Christopher learned and publicly sang at the age of 3.   The origin of this classic worship song, written by Paul Baloche, is based on Eph 1:18, Apostle Paul’s letter to the Ephesians:  “ I pray that the eyes of your heart will be enlightened.”  Since Christopher has no vision, it is a song that points to real sight, one of the heart.  We want him to have a life routed in faith,  not his disability.  God has used him and our family to touch the world in a special and unimaginable way.   With over 5 million collective views on Youtube, this song has taken on new meaning for us and all who hear the voice of a child, whose autism and blindness point us to what really matters in life.
